The rooms were clean warm and the staff were very helpful. Also the prices seem to be very reasonable. It is opposite a coop corner shop and is on a main bus route and is only 10 mins from the station and the city centre
A great hotel, breakfast was fantastic. Bed was comfortable so it was a good sleep. Plenty of hot water for soak in the bath. Staff were very pleasant & helpful.
WiFi was on point. Solid connection. Guvnor welcoming, intellectual and brilliant host. One of the nicest smelling hotels I've never stayed in. Takeaways turn up pretty quick too.
A bit dated and on the high side for price. We booked short notice so wasn't really much else. That said the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was ok, the bed comfortable. No hot water in the shower! Breakfast was ok although a proper sausage would have been nice rather than a cocktail sausage.
Stayed at the Thorpe Lodge hotel last night our room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable had a great night sleep, the room was nice and warm plenty of hot water for a bath, and the breakfast in the morning was really good to plenty to eat. The staff were very friendly to. It's not far from the city centre so makes for a good Base whilst visiting.
Recently refurbished with new name ‘Relax Inn’. We made a last minute booking, not really knowing what to expect given the previous older reviews. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised. The Front of House Team were very friendly and helpful at check-in & check-out. We booked the family suite at room no.18 on 1st floor which was really comfortable and well equipped with kitchenette & bathroom amenities. Located on a good location and a 15 minute walk will get you to the city centre. Recommended, great value and would stay again!
For the price I payed, the experience was amazing. I went there expecting average, but can come back saying it was great. Employees were polite and respectful. Also really helpful in accompanying me to my room. beds were of good quality and the rooms were very clean. Service was top!! Well worth the money
We had a fantastic stay at this lodge in Peterborough. The lodge was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always happy to help. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again highly recommended!
